LOADER OPERATOR (CRUSHING DIVISION) - FULL TIME SEASONAL
Responsibilities:
- To work as part of a team under supervision of the crew foreman &/or superintendent to operate a loader and other miscellaneous duties as required
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- General maintenance of equipment
- Building stockpiles as per regulations
- Loading trucks with aggregate
- Assisting with crusher maintenance, tear downs, and set ups
Qualifications:
- Experience in the operation of equipment
- Knowledge of equipment operation, cleaning & maintenance requirements
- Analytical & problem-solving skills considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 NS driver’s license
- Clean drivers abstract (to be provided)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to travel within Northern and Eastern Nova Scotia
